Preston the sale rep was fabulous and very accommodating 5 🌟 for you BIG buddy! Now talk about the rest of our experience. My 20 year son was the customer and this was his 1st big purchase. We as good parents were along for the ride. Jody the financial manager was pushy to say the least. We sat down to sign the papers and she tried to pull a fast one. She added the extended warranty right into the payment without letting us even make the decision if we wanted to purchase that or not. Good thing we are great with math and had already calculated the payment he should be paying. We checked he real fast on the amount! She’s wasn’t pleased we didn’t get the unwanted sale of the warranty. The truck was on the lot with the engine light on 🥴 but the sales manager promised that he would fix all wrong with it before my son took the truck home. This should take 5 business days, their words. The codes the truck was throwing were things very minimal or we would have passed on the purchase. How long did it actually take you may be asking, 6 weeks! Some delay was while they were repairing the problems with the truck they broke other parts and some was because the Chevy manufacturers were on strike. This delayed the parts to come in to fix the ones they broke. Let’s talk about the loan financing papers, 2 weeks after papers are signed we didn’t get any notification from the bank to confirm purchase and a payment date. We called Don Wood’s location in Logan where the truck was purchased. We told them of our concerns. They said most times it takes 30 days or more to get your paperwork through the mail. Reassured us this is normal, don’t stress they say. In the upcoming weeks we called Don Wood and the bank to check on our paperwork at least 4 times. Nothing was sent to the bank, the bank said. 6 long weeks of this and playing the game of calling Don Wood and getting NO answers and they promising to call us back with answers the next day, most of the time I didn’t even get a call back. Frustrated? To say the least! Now that the wait is over to get the truck home because they didn’t submit the financial documents to the bank. Now we are asked to come back in and sign the paperwork for the bank and the loan again. After 30 days, the paperwork is expired and unusable. Just another ball dropped from BIG DON! 😂 Come to find out on week 6 of waiting for possession of the truck. They didn’t even have the title. You have got to be kidding me! Icing on the cake they brought us the truck with 18% oil life. Wow right? How do they stay in business? The things they did to help soften the blow of extreme neglect and bad business……… #1 they let my son drive a truck from their lot while his truck was being fix. #2 They brought the truck to us with the new paperwork to sign. #3 Gave us 4 free oil changes. #4 A 60 day warranty for the replaced parts. Long road with lots of detours but at the end of the day my son loves his truck.

We were shopping for a replacement car that got totaled in a rear end collision. After viewing the inventory of cars available, we met Shaun Pugh, an amazing salesman. Shaun was easy to work with and extremely considerate/thoughtful. This has easily been one of the EASIEST experiences with getting a car we've ever been involved in. Not only that, this was THE ONLY good experience we have been involved in throughout dealing with insurance. We were in and out of the dealership before we knew it with our selected car!
